THE PROPOSAL
On the luckiest day of the century (7/7/07), I went out to a Birthday Dinner at a romantic restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA, called Bora Bora. We shared a delicious meal of ceviche, fillet mignon, and wine. After dinner the Mr. suggested that they take a walk on the beach. We walking along the beach at dusk on a beautiful Southern California evening, when suddenly he dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him. My response? "OF COURSE!"
ABOUT THE WEDDING
We were married on August 16, 2008 at the San Diego Hilton Resort on Mission Bay in San Diego, California. The Ceremony took place outdoors at North Lawn followed by Cocktail Hour at the Garden on the Bay. Then the party moved to the Sorrento Ballroom for Dinner, Dancing, and Wedding Reception.
THE HONEYMOON
We honeymooned for one week at the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui Hawaii.
